What You’ll Do

• Support the Executive Assistant in running the day-to-day operations of our sleek South Perth office.

• Bring your creativity to life by helping with marketing campaigns, social media,canva designs and office events.

• Keep the office running smoothly, from stock-taking to making sure everything is organised and looking its best.

• Tackle a variety of tasks head-on and make a tangible difference across our brands, including The HMO Property Co and Living Rooms property management.

Your Skills & Experience

• A whizz on social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Comfortable with tools like Canva and Capcut (or keen to learn!).

• Able to work independently while keeping our brand’s unique voice.

• Have a growth mindset and are always ready for the next challenge.

• Attention to detail is your thing, and you can juggle tasks with ease.

• You’ve got a positive attitude, are highly organized, and love a good multi-tasking session.

• You’re a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and great communication skills.
