About the role:

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be working across multiple brands and industries, helping to bring together content, video, analytics, and digital marketing to grow the business. This role involves a mix of creativity and strategy, balancing content creation, video creation, reporting, and competitor monitoring across different channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring marketing efforts are aligned, consistent, and data-driven, working closely with the Head of Marketing to execute and refine marketing initiatives. It’s a dynamic role where no two days are the same! If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and seeing the impact of your work, this role offers a unique opportunity.

We are open to working from both office and remotely once experience is gained.

Duties:

You will add value by:

• Working to develop and evolve websites to ensure they are current
• Utilise a range of marketing tools including SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor etc.
• Assist the Head of Marketing in executing content marketing strategy
• Writing blogs, social media posts and email content
• Optimising content for SEO
• Editing/publishing video for marketing
• Maintaining all online channels to ensure consistency and up-to-date
• Reporting on analytics and interpreting it
• Staying on top of industry trends

About you:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Marketing experience.
• Good time management, prioritising and multitasking skills
• Be technologically savvy and able to learn new programs quickly
• Like to be challenged and want to grow
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The following would be a bonus. Knowledge of:

• A qualification or tertiary degree in Marketing (or major)
• Experience with SEO and content optimisation
• Video content creation
• Digital analytics and reporting
