The primary purpose of a Digital Organiser is to grow member power, build leaders and sustainable union structures in the digital sphere to connect with and expand the reach of field organising campaigns.

Key considerations:

  • Managing multiple groups while meeting competing priorities and providing consistently high levels of member support and campaign delivery
  • This is a new role which will require trial and error and testing of conversations, new digital tools and initiatives across a number of different settings
  • The successful applicant will be required to develop the scope and priorities of this work in consultation with OPAC Leads and Manager, Communications Manager and Executive Officers.
