About Us:

Oracle Healthcare is a Preventative Health Clinic located in the North Shore Health Hub, on the North Shore Hospital Campus (next to St Leonard's train station).

About the role:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Managing and taking bookings
• Working alongside other staff to deliver best outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Promptly answering calls and taking enquiries via phone and email
• Maintain files and documentation
• Work with the other receptionists to ensure smooth running of the front desk
• Administration including typing, data entry, processing mail and photocopying
• Updating financial records and invoicing
• Taking payments and billing
• Generate reports as requested
• Order and receive office and practice supplies
• Keeping the offices, waiting room and kitchen clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Computer literacy including use of Microsoft suite
• Experience with Genie PMS
• At least 2 years medical reception experience.

Hours are from 08.30am - 5.00pm
