About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated leader who is passionate about growing and developing a team. You will mentor and support our people to fulfil their potential and take great pride in being a leadership role model, leading by example with your commitment and drive to achieve.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage end to end service delivery for our clients, ensuring high quality service that maximises client satisfaction and achieves contractual performance standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times, including the management and maintenance of property, plant and site security.
• P&L control, monitoring performance against financial targets.
• Manage large logistical projects including assembly of storage racking, transportation of large numbers of cartons and destruction of large amounts of paper.

About You

You may be a current Team Leader looking to step into your first Management position and grow with our business, or a seasoned Manager looking for a change of scenery.
