You will be required to perform maintenance tasks including; fixing/assembling furniture, light electrical duties, light plumbing duties, equipment maintenance, general grounds upkeep, correspondence with service contractors, overseeing essential & preventative maintenance programs and records.

Ideally, the successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of maintenance issues within aged care. You will also be able to complete your duties in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Essential Criterion:

- Understanding and proven application of OH&S policies & procedures
- Understanding of manual handling and safe practices
- General maintenance experience
- Experience in a team environment
