MAYDAY Recruitment is looking for an experienced Networks Relationship & Procurement Specialist to oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, health provider relationships, and compliance across Australia and New Zealand.

What's in it for you?
• Full-Time Permanent Role
• $120,000 - $130,000 + super + 20% Bonus
• Location in Brisbane CBD, with hybrid work model
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership of the development and management of health provider network across Australia & NZ.
• Lead procurement strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Work across Australia & New Zealand, shaping procurement policies.
• Work in a duel role managing Enterprise procurement and ANZ network development
• Drive process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
Main responsibilities include:
• Develop and manage procurement strategies that align with company goals.
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership of the development and management of health provider network across Australia & NZ.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, including APRA CPS230.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure service delivery.
• Oversee procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
The ideal candidate:
• Experience developing providor networks and contractual agreements, within Travel insurance/assistance, or within Health insurance.
• Expertise in supplier selection, contract negotiation, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations in Australia & New Zealand.
• Familiarity with APRA CPS230, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop and execute cost-saving strategies.
• Flexibility to support business operations across Australia & New Zealand, with occasional travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
