The role
This role will provide expert advice to inform the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of relevant applications to meet the reporting, monitoring, legislative and business requirements of the Department and end users. You will support the Application Manager with day-to-day management of Applications including the planning, development, installation, configuration and maintenance of the Application.
The successful person
You will have:
- Demonstrated high level experience in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change /release and configuration management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and analyse problems, plan, develop, document, and implement strategies and exercise initiative and responsibility to deliver system integrity, attain continuous improvement and meet business and client needs including for the collection of data and its subsequent quality
- Demonstrated interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships and gain support from system users and key stakeholders while working within a high performing team to achieve organisational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team, transfer knowledge and skill through different mediums and show initiative in problem solving issues that arise.
