The role
The purpose of this role is to assist in program delivery across a diversity of compliance and improvement focused portfolios, including the coordination and referral of Severity Assessment Code (SAC) 1 analyses reports for action responses, the monitoring of statewide recommendations, the processing of clinical service level self-assessments, and supporting Quality Assurance Committee work activities. The role includes the preparation of correspondence, including briefings to assist addressing urgent information requests and escalation of high risk events, along with providing incident management guidance to Hospital and Health Services (HHS) to assist with HHS compliance in relation to patient safety requirements for Patient Safety and Quality (PSQ).
The successful person
You will have:
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality documentation, accurate reports and communication papers and maintain effective professional relationships.
- Proven effective consultation and facilitation skills, including the ability to consult and liaise with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development of program/project plans, delivery outcomes and manage competing work priorities to meet agreed deadlines and commitments.
- Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
