About the Role:

We’re looking for either an experienced Assistant or Junior Owners Corporation Manager to support a diverse portfolio. This role will see you:

• Supporting an OC Manager covering a varied portfolio (including commercial, high-rise, townhouses, and apartment complexes)
• Get to assist on some buildings over 100 years old!
• Assist in running AGMs and meetings where needed (Ideal)
• Assisting with special projects such as defect management and cladding
• Providing general support to the General Manager as required
• Taking minutes and ensuring smooth administration processes
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player! always happy to help when needed
• Ideally had at least 2-3 years prior experience as an AOCM
• Someone ideally looking to step up and grow into a bigger role
• Ability to adapt and learn processes quickly
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, family-oriented environment
• Comfortable with structured processes and able to follow instructions
• Experience with Strata Master and Strata Connect is a plus
