The Role:
Owned and operated by a large listed property development company. This role is across 4 buildings with a combined 200+ units. We are looking for an experienced On-Site Building Manager who is seeking a new challenge. This person will be responsible for caretaking roles with some of the key tasks involved but won't be limited to:-

• All aspects of building management
• Pool & garden maintenance
• Complete periodic maintenance performance reporting
• Coordinate contractors, general repairs and maintenance working as required
• Identify and ensure all defects are resolved within agreed time frames
• Handle out of hours emergency calls/maintenance as required
• Monitor the car park and other common areas including gym and pool
• Attend Body Corporate meetings where required
• Conduct daily walk-through of building, ensuring the building is maintained to the highest of standards
• No Property management tasks

Experience Required:

• MUST have 2+ years experience in residential Building Management
• QLD Certificate of Registration / Full Real Estate License is desirable
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders including residents, contractors and body corporate and the internal team
• Highly professional conduct and presentation
