Due to growth withing the business they are looking for a Junior Strata Manager to join the team and manage a small portfolio of properties.

The Role:

• Manage a small portfolio of 700 lots across 70 buildings
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Coordinate, prepare and run general meetings
• Follow up to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner
• Communicating daily with Owners Corporations, Contractors and Owners on relevant matters
• Prepare financial budgets
• Send correspondence
• Action repairs and maintenance

The Person:

• Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience within a Strata role - Assistants looking to step up will be considered
• Hold a valid Certificate of Registration or Strata Management License
• Have a car and drivers licence
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Have a positive approach, with a confident personality
• A strong knowledge of the current strata law
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
