HDD/Civils Labourer Opportunity

We’re looking for a Civil/HDD Labourer to become part of our dynamic team. This is a full-time role, working alongside our drilling team on projects across Sydney, with occasional regional travel.

About You:

We’re seeking individuals who are reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a strong foundation in civils and the ability to thrive in high-risk environments. The ideal candidate will have:

• HDD Experience
• Vac Truck Experience
• HR Licence (desirable)
• Experience working around existing services and in high-risk environments
• A strong understanding of OHS practices and a commitment to safe working procedures
• Excavator experience with a valid Excavator Ticket (desirable)
• The ability to pass regular random drug and alcohol testing due to our zero-tolerance policy

Essential Requirements:

• Driver’s License (mandatory)
• White Card (mandatory)
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Capacity to manage changes, conflicts, and project-related challenges
• Experience: 2–5 years in the industry
