About the Role
This is a hands-on role that requires expertise and leadership in various aspects of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trenching and installation of telecommunications conduits.
• Operating excavators and a variety of trucks.
• Spotting, pit installation, and Grundomating.
• Delegating tasks and leading small teams.
• Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in trenching and operating plant equipment.
• Knowledge of general construction practices.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
