About the Role:


As a Procurement Business Partner Administrator, you'll manage end-to-end procurement tasks, from sourcing events to raising purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policies and governance frameworks. You'll support contract management, mitigate risks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive value and improve procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Procurement Execution: Manage procurement in Nimblex, including RFQs, sourcing events, vendor negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Purchase Order & Invoice Management: Create and process purchase orders and ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Supplier Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier queries and communication.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure procurement activities align with State Purchase Contracts (SPCs) and internal policies.
  • Contract & Performance Management: Maintain accurate records, support contract reviews, and manage variations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage procurement risks, supporting compliance and ethical standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Data & Reporting: Provide procurement insights and support reporting requirements.

About You:


We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of procurement practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a hands-on, results-driven approach. Ideally, you'll have experience in procurement or contract management, a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Skills & Experience:

  • Understanding of procurement principles and contract management.
  • Stakeholder management with the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas and reporting).
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or a related field (or working towards).
  • Experience with procurement in the public sector is a plus.
