The Role

This role is stimulating and diverse, and you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers at our Moorabbin head office.

The main duties include:

• Assisting customers with enquiries and Counter Sales
• Attending to incoming customer calls and emails,
• Managing online enquiries and orders
• Liaising with key suppliers and customers daily.
• Generation of invoices
• Processing orders & invoices
• Maintaining showroom

Key Requirements

• A positive, happy and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent customer service skills, and telephone manner
• Strong ability to multi task
• Initiative to problem-solve and high attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual and honest

As the ideal candidate you will be experienced in a fast paced trade sales environment, or equipment hire business. Customer focused, your understanding of the building and construction industry will be highly regarded.
