An industry leader is actively seeking experienced Bitumen Spray Truck Operators to join their Spray Seal team across NSW.

To be successful in the role, you should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Responsible and accountable for ensuring that work is completed within the prescribed timeframes and to a level of satisfaction
• Plan and co-ordinate jobs including measure up, resource allocation, material requirements, work methods and quality assurance
• Site cleaning and preparation for work and site clean up after completion of work
• Safely operate plant and equipment
• Monitor plant condition to minimise breakdown and down time
• Ensure unsafe plant is tagged out and maintenance organised
• Provide day to day management and leadership of a crew
• Train and mentor crew members in new skills

Requirements:

• Dangerous goods license (preferred)
• HR, HC license (mandatory)
• Previous bitumen spray experience (preferred)
• General Construction Safety Card (White Card) (mandatory)
• Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical, and Drug & Alcohol screen.
• Previous bitumen spray experience (preferred)
