We are now expanding our capabilities to include industrial cleaning, vacuum truck operations, non-destructive digging (NDD), and high-pressure water jetting. We also plan to add waste management network maintenance and optimization for municipal and commercial clients to our service portfolio. In line with our continued growth, we seek an experienced Vac Truck Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks and related equipment for industrial cleaning, NDD, and hydro excavation tasks.
• Perform high-pressure water jetting safely and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including site-specific procedures.
• Conduct pre-start checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of vac truck and equipment.
• Complete accurate job documentation and reports in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with the team and maintain positive client relations on-site.
• Utilize industry networking skills and experience to support the growth of our client base and service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

• HR Truck License (essential).
• Vac Truck Operating License (essential) and all other relevant licenses/tickets required for industrial cleaning/NDD operations.
• Proven experience with vacuum truck operations, industrial cleaning, hydro excavation, and high-pressure water jetting.
• Solid knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and best practices in industrial cleaning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a safety-first attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage industry contacts and past experiences to contribute to business development.
