Known for its commitment to quality and long-standing client relationships, they are now seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their team.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you will oversee mechanical projects valued up to $300k in the retail and commercial sectors. Projects range from kitchen exhaust upgrades to tenancy fit-outs, working directly with end clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice to clients and internal team members.
• Manage project finances, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
• Prepare project estimates and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through successful project delivery.
• Oversee both direct labour and subcontractor teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Location: Most project sites are based in Melbourne’s South-East suburbs.
