About the Role:

• Position: HVAC Project Manager
• Location: Melbourne
• Project Value: $200k-$8 million
• Salary Package: $120k - $140k + Super + Vehicle Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to deliver successful project outcomes.
• Implement and maintain rigorous project management processes and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the Melbourne HVAC market.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale commercial projects with a mechanical value of up to $5 million
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to project challenges.
• Engineering or Trade background
• Prior experience in the Australian market
• Prior experience managing end-user clients will be highly regarded but not essential
