About the Role

In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, liaise with clients, and drive continuous improvement across our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and key milestones.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Manage and motivate internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand requirements, provide progress updates, and resolve issues.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets and manage procurement processes, negotiating contracts and sourcing materials as needed.
• Ensure optimal resource allocation across projects.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce adherence to industry safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments, implementing corrective measures when necessary.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain detailed project documentation and prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC, construction, or engineering sector.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, maintenance, and relevant regulations is highly desirable.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as required.
