The opportunity

As a Junior Property Manager at Ray White Rozelle, you will play a vital role in the successful operation of our residential property management team. Based in our Rozelleoffice, this full-time position (Monday to Friday) will see you work closely with our experienced property management professionals to deliver exceptional service to our growing portfolio of landlord and tenant clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, including processing applications, conducting inspections, and overseeing maintenance and repairs
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure open communication and prompt issue resolution
• Prepare and process tenancy documentation, including leases and condition reports
• Maintain detailed property records
• Provide administrative support to the broader property management team

What we're looking for

The Ideal candidate
• Relevant Real Estate certificate or registration
• 2 years industry experience - looking to take a step up to the next level
• Valid drivers licence
• Up to date legislative knowledge
• Excellent customer service, communication and time management skills
• Proficiency in property management software
• Professional personal presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High level problem solving and dispute resolution ability
