About the role

This full-time Administration and Customer Service role presents an exciting opportunity to join the team at Adelaide Plasterboard Centre, a leading provider of building materials solutions in the Kilburn, South Australia area. In this position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly administrative and customer service support to ensure the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Handling incoming customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Assisting with the processing of customer orders and invoices
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry
• Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and organising
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure excellent customer service and problem resolution
• Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times
