Essential Qualifications:

• Lead Educator: A Diploma in Early Childhood Education is required for both roles.
• A Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one) is essential.
• First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge :

• Previous experience in a Lead Educator, Room Leader or similar role in an early childhood setting.
• Ability to create an environment where all children, including those with additional needs can thrive and learn.
• Ability to work in partnership with other educators, support staff and external professionals to enhance children's learning and wellbeing.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for children's documentation, communication with families and educational planning.
