We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical technology and digital initiatives. This role involves overseeing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Plan and manage resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines across multiple projects.
• Lead projects through the entire SDLC, from initiation to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure delivery partners align with business drivers, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide clear project performance visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks/issues while implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead technical teams, including solution architects, developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Ensure projects meet success parameters and ROI targets.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering technology projects in a complex environment in a project manager capacity.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology project management principles.
• Experience managing projects across various technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Skilled in financial management.
• Strong ability to engage and influence senior management and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights through reports and visual tools.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making.
