Our client is a renowned and highly respected boutique Architectural and Interior studio who have built a reputation for producing highly detailed residential designs for their clientele. Their focus is on creating beautifully crafted spaces with seamless connections between Architecture, Interiors and Landscape.

Your new role

The Ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Interior Designer who is passionate about design and detail who has the ability to co-ordinate all aspects of project delivery. You will be working on bespoke, high-end, contemporary, single and multi-residential projects and surrounded by a highly competent and creative team. You will have strong design skills, and require a high standard of interior documentation, detailing and product knowledge. Prior experience with consultants and project coordination is essential. High efficiency in Revit is essential. The position is a full-time role that may also include Concept Design, Design Development, Planning and further Contract Documentation projects.

What you'll need to succeed

- Interior Design qualification with a minimum of 5 - 7+ years experience;

- Documentation experience in boutique multi-residential projects and high-end single residential housing;

- Exceptional technical skills required to produce and deliver detailed construction documentation packages;

- A great communicator (both written and oral), including the ability to negotiate and discuss items with consultants, contractors and co-workers on all levels, are important aspects of this role;

- Outcome focused;

- Strong attention to detail;

- Highly proficient with Revit and Indesign;Proficiency in Lumion, Illustrator and Photoshop an advantage but not a requirement
