We also service and sell spare parts for Polaris off road vehicles.
About You:
- You will support management and a large team of Sales, Spare Parts and Workshop staff who all support each other to provide exceptional Customer Service.
- You will be able to organise and prioritise tasks efficiently based on set timelines. There will be a variety of duties including payroll, general administration, data entry, warranty claims reconcilliation as well as answering inbound calls.
- Your skills and abilities will be utilised to ensure that the information entered into our system is accurate and to the highest standard.
- Enjoy working as part of a team but also possess the ability to work autonomously.
- Provide exceptional face to face customer service ensuring you create a positive customer experience.
- Have excellent communication service skills (both written, verbal, in person and over the phone).
- Provide accurate and detailled reporting back to management.
- Have good time planning and management skills.
- Have good computer skills.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
- Be available to back up counter staff as required.
Previous administration experience and payroll knowledge will be highly regarded and specific training will be provided. If you have a positive attitude, are reliable with a mature outlook then, we would love to have you join our team for an immediate start.
