Mariniello Concrete Construction Pty Ltd is owned by Josef Mariniello and brings years of experience in concrete construction services. We’re proud of the quality work we do across a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Now, we’re looking to expand our team and are on the hunt for a dedicated, hard-working Concreter/Concrete Labourer to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for a range of construction projects
• Handle and operate concrete tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Prepare and clean work sites, including setting up forms, laying foundations, and placing reinforcement
• Work closely with other trades and team members to ensure the smooth progress of projects
• Follow instructions from senior tradespeople and supervisors
• Assist with site cleanup and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Ensure high-quality standards are maintained at all stages of work

Skills & Qualifications:

• Concrete experience is ideal but not essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work under minimal supervision
• Experience with operating machinery and concrete tools is a plus
• White Card (Construction Induction) is highly regarded
• A current driver’s license and reliable transport are essential
