About the role

VIC GREEN SPLIT SYSTEM PTY LTD is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Air Conditioning Installation & Labor to join our team in Melbourne, VIC 3000. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems for residential properties.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting experienced technicians in the installation, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning units
• Transporting materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
• Performing basic tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and testing components
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients as needed
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

• Willingness to learn and a keen interest in the trades and services industry
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to follow instructions
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
