Role and Responsibilities:
As a Carpenter or Experienced Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction, assembly, and installation of modular walls for a variety of projects. Your duties will include:

• Measuring and cutting materials according to project specifications
• Assisting with the installation of modular wall systems at various job sites
• Ensuring that all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
• Operating hand and power tools efficiently
• Communicating effectively with the team and clients
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assisting with project setup, including material handling and site preparation
• Reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or a related field
• Experience with modular wall systems or installation is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical plans
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• White card and relevant safety certifications are preferred
• Availability to travel to various sites across Victoria
