About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Business Operations team at Everhomes. This role is central to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations and supports our long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will play a key part in property and finance administration, supporting owner and investor communications, and helping to streamline and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the onboarding of new properties, processing contracts, and ensuring all properties are enrolled in accordance with compliance requirements.
- Support investor relations by providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth communication process.
- Maintain accurate records and listings, ensuring all property details and data are up-to-date.
- Support our finance team to track payments and assist with basic financial administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy in records and timely processing.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with promotional activities, creating digital content, and helping with online initiatives.
- Manage business email inboxes, respond to general enquiries, and handle calls through our 1300 number in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide flexible administrative support across Everhomes as required, including areas such as property onboarding, system improvements, and coordination of day-to-day operations.

Job Specific Skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective liaison with property owners, investors, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy in records and data.
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software (e.g., Word, Excel) and familiarity with property and Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in administration, property management, or finance is advantageous but not required.
