About the Role
In this critical role, you will lead and support teams in delivering exceptional Home Care Packages (HCP) and Community Aged Care services, ensuring high-quality care for seniors. You will drive compliance, service improvements, and operational excellence to meet evolving industry standards

Your Key Responsibilities Will be:

  • Empower Teams: Inspire, support, and guide teams to deliver high-quality, person-centered services, ensuring clients’ plans and goals are effectively assessed, evaluated, and achieved.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide hands-on support, resolve staffing challenges, oversee incident reporting, and liaise with Rostering and Administration teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Program Development: Review and enhance care programs to align with the changing needs of older adults and the Aged Care Reforms, ensuring optimal client outcomes.
  • Managing program budgets, ensuring resources are effectively allocated for high-quality service delivery.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Demonstrated experience in community aged care and relevant qualifications.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing people, strong stakeholder engagement skills, fostering collaboration across diverse groups.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HCP guidelines, Aged Care Quality Standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in budgeting and financial management within the home care services sector.
