Sodexo is seeking experienced and motivated Utility/Bus Drivers to join our FIFO team supporting clients on mine sites in the Goldfields and Mid-West Regions of WA. In this dynamic role, you’ll primarily be responsible for varied utility tasks depending on site requirements, assisting the site team in the smooth running of the village. Outside of this, you will be transporting passengers between the mine site, camp, and airport.

This is a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, WA, offering an 11-hour working day split between 80-90% utility work and 10-20% bus driving.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Flexibility and willingness to work across all areas and tasks
• Bus Driving experience - up to 53 seat, some sites ok with Coaster exp
• HR License preferred (MR ok)
• PTD - or willingness to obtain
• Great attitude & strong work ethic
• Strong safety awareness and safe work ethic
• Excellent customer service skills

All applicants must be willing to undergo the following checks:

• Pre-Employment Medical & Physical Assessments
• Drug & Alcohol testing – ongoing
• Pass driving VOCs as required
• Current Police Certificate (Less than 6 months old)
• Minimum 2 employment related referee checks
• Sodexo and Site based Inductions as required
