Overview:

The Lee Family Office is seeking a highly professional and dependable Driver to provide transportation for the family and key personnel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Sydney’s traffic routes, a strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity and confidentiality. This position demands flexibility, as the driver may be required to be on call at any time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide secure and reliable transportation for family members and staff to and from various locations, ensuring safety, comfort, and punctuality.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, ensuring that all personal and professional matters related to the family remain private.
• Comply with security protocols, including any requirements for the handling of sensitive materials or security systems.
• Manage multiple tasks, including running errands, picking up/dropping off items, and assisting with any other family or office needs.
• Ensure the vehicle(s) are well-maintained, clean, and in good working order at all times, coordinating with relevant personnel for regular checks and maintenance.
• Be proactive in planning routes, taking into account traffic conditions, and ensuring timely arrivals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with the family, staff, and external contacts.
• Standard working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, but available to be on-call as required, including evenings and weekends to accommodate schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, with a proven track record of reliability and discretion.
• Prior experience in a similar role with high-profile individuals or families is preferred.
• Knowledge of Sydney’s traffic routes, patterns, and shortcuts, ensuring timely and efficient travel.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Defensive Driving qualification desired but not required)
• Medical fitness and health check.
• Criminal Record check.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and handle unexpected situations with discretion and confidence.
