OUR CLIENT - THE BUILDER A well-established and highly regarded high-end residential builder seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee bespoke, architecturally designed homes across Melbourne’s most prestigious suburbs, including South Yarra, Brighton, Toorak, and the Mornington Peninsula. These are one-off residences built to the highest standards, with project values reaching up to $10 million.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of landmark projects, working closely with clients, architects, and consultants to deliver exceptional homes. The company has a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, offering an environment that prioritises excellence over volume.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience as a Senior Project Manager or an established Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
• A background delivering architecturally designed homes in the $3M – $10M+ range.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive project outcomes while maintaining a collaborative approach.
• A passion for high-quality finishes and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Experience using construction software such as Procore and other relevant platforms.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights.
