We are currently seeking a highly energetic Client Services Consultant – Industry Medical Services (IMS) to join our busy and evolving IMS team on a permanent, full-time basis, reporting to the Operations Manager based in our Belmont office. Our team is rapidly growing, and we are keen to find the right candidate to be part of this unique and dynamic team and values diversity and challenges in their work.
Your main focus will be on recruitment, resourcing and mobilisation of clinical personnel and supporting the Industry Medical Services team with our corporate clients and the staff deployment to industry projects across WA.
What you’ll do:
- Recruitment and mobilisation of personnel to ensure sufficient coverage of suitably qualified staff at all St John WA contracted sites.
- Coordinate and support deployed staff and corporate customers.
- Develop and co-ordinate a pool of clinical personnel to facilitate staff coverage at all St John WA industry sites.
- Ensure that all mobilisation requirements are fulfilled prior to job placement and that skills are maintained and recorded on an appropriate Skills Maintenance programme.
- Provide administrative support when required to assist in the promotion St John services and programmes to large industry organisations throughout the state.
- Prepare all employment and on boarding documentation, including the development of employment contracts, offer letters and position descriptions.
- Liaising with candidates and taking the time to deliver the required service to our clients.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external business relationships.
What you’ll need:
- Previous HR administration experience (desirable)
- Experience in recruitment, selection, and appointment services is desirable.
- Knowledge of staff mobilisation processes desirable.
- Proficient communication skills, including ability to liaise and negotiate with people at all.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet set deadlines.
