About the role

Tint Design is seeking a skilled and experienced Window Film Installer to join our team in Bayswater, Victoria. This full-time role is responsible for the installation of high-quality window film solutions to commercial properties, ensuring a professional and seamless service for our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Carefully measuring and cutting window film to precise specifications
• Expertly installing window film, safety & security film to create a flawless finish
• Expertly installing decorative films such as Reeded Film, Frost or Decorative Tint films.
• Troubleshooting any installation issues and problem-solving on-site
• Maintaining a tidy and organised work environment
• Adhering to strict safety protocols throughout the installation process
• Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients
• Collaborating closely with the wider Tint Design team

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Window Film Installer or similar trade role
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of design principles
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
