About the role

Tint Design is seeking an experienced Signage & Film Installer to join our dynamic team in Bayswater, Victoria. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of high-quality signage and window films for our diverse range of commercial clients across Metro Melbourne and Victoria.

What you'll be doing

• Install a range of signage and window films, solar films including vinyl graphics, decals, and vehicle wraps
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning and priming as required
• Measure, cut, and apply signage and films with precision
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that may arise
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the final product meets client expectations
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in signage or film installation
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
• A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
• Relevant working with heights experience
