We require an experienced aluminium window installer with at least 5 years’ experience installing aluminium windows and doors.

Nordic Windows and Doors specialize in thermally broken aluminum windows and doors. We have projects in Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Canberra and South Australia. We focus on high end architectural windows and doors, as well as owner builders.

Key responsibilities

· Perform the installation of custom made window systems to exact measurements

· Take precise site measurements & check measuring during and installation

· Ensure lengths and components are precision measured and marked correctly for cutting

· Assemble some components in preparation for installation on site.

· Safe implementation and execution of all works on site.

· Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high levels of quality and workmanship

· Effectively communicate with Builder, Client, Architects, Engineers & other external stakeholders

· Desire to extend knowledge into research and development of components

Role Requirements

To be selected for an interview you must be able to demonstrate:

· Prior extensive (5+years) experience installing window systems

· Drivers licence, truck licence highly desired;

· Must be able to read detailed shop drawings and provide solutions where required

· Excellent attention to safety and detail

· Great presentation and communication skills

· Available to travel to various locations for inspection, set-up and install of products on site.

· Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple jobs

· Dedication to providing high levels of customer service and top quality product.

Salary:

Competitive salary will be offered starting from $90,000 plus Super plus company vehicle plus fuel card. Sub Contractor rate starts at $60 per hour;

Flexible work arrangement can be arranged;

Interstate travel can be required;
