About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join a leading provider of conveyor solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base across various industries including manufacturing, logistics, and mining. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and offering tailored solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in key industries to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and increase market share for conveyor solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Present and promote conveyor solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct site visits and technical presentations to showcase the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and technical support, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to remain competitive.

About You:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within the conveyor, material handling, or related sectors.
  • Strong technical understanding of conveyor systems or the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the designated territory.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $100,000 - $120,000
