ABOUT THE COMPANY:

My client is a leading provider of high-quality flexible piping and pipeline solutions, servicing the water, civil, and industrial sectors. They offer an extensive range of pipeline repair and maintenance products and are expanding rapidly to meet growing demand. They’re now seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to join their team and make a real impact on their success.

THE ROLE:

This is where you come in. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on driving business growth by selling flexible pipe couplings, repair clamps, and other pipeline solutions. Your role will involve actively being on the road to identify and secure new business, build strong relationships with clients, and provide expert advice on pipeline solutions. You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery and represent the company at industry events. Your focus will be on building a strong pipeline of business, with a key emphasis on client visits and face-to-face meetings to establish and maintain new relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for pipeline solutions in water, wastewater, and industrial sectors
  • On-the-road visits to potential clients to secure and develop new business opportunities
  • Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients to meet their specific pipeline needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-lasting relationships
  • Represent the company at industry events to expand the network and build the brand

ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for someone with a strong passion for sales and expertise in pipeline solutions. If you have experience in commercial sales or a technical background with an understanding of pipeline systems, we want to hear from you. You’ll need excellent communication skills and strong organization, as you’ll be working closely with clients over the phone, in person, and via email. You should also be comfortable spending time on the road to pursue new business opportunities. If you are driven by sales targets and motivated to find innovative solutions for clients, this is the opportunity for you. Above all, we’re looking for someone eager to grow with the company and bring fresh ideas to the table.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Super 11.5% + Company Car or Car Allowance + Commission
