The Role and Remuneration:

🔹 Position: Part-time with a view to full-time for the right candidate.
🔹 Hours: Must be available for late-night Thursdays and Saturdays.
🔹 Pay: Starting rate aligned with the Hair & Beauty or Retail Award, adjusted to match your experience and expertise.
🔹 Key Responsibilities: Client engagement, front desk management, appointment coordination, therapist support and ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they step in.

What You Need to Bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Front of House role (preferably in a salon, cosmetic, or luxury setting).
• Exceptional organisation skills, strong attention to detail & ability to multitask.
• Confidence in using computer software and willingness to learn new systems. (Experience with Phorest preferred but not essential)
• A warm, professional, and proactive approach to customer service.
• Positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and the drive to go above and beyond.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Dermalogica retail products (but not essential).
