📍 Location: Main Beach
⏰ Hours: Casual, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Wednesday & Friday, with flexibility as needed). Opportunity for additional days/hours during busy periods. Weekends are also available during busy periods (Higher pay rates apply).

Your Role:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, from reservation confirmation through to post-departure.

· Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across all communication channels.

· Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless daily operations.

· Conduct pre-arrival room checks for holiday apartments, ensuring immaculate cleanliness—keen attention to detail is a must!

· Swiftly troubleshoot and resolve guest issues to minimize disruptions to their stay.

· Complete the daily task checklist as assigned by the line manager.

· Coordinate guest arrivals, ensuring all preparations are finalized.

What You Need:

🚗 Full Australian driver’s license + own car
💻 Office experience with strong communication skills
📂 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
