Level 3 - $96,103.71 per annum (incl $20,000 Port Hedland Allowance)
Permanent Role - Monday-Friday (38 hours per week)*

The Role

An opportunity has become available for a fast paced and hardworking individual ready to work in Local Government. This position reports through to the Senior Infrastructure Operations Officer and is responsible for providing efficient and confidential administrative support to the Manager and Infrastructure employees.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to who can liaise with all levels of the business as well as external organisations. You will be providing administrative support across the different business units within the Infrastructure Services Directorate. If you are well organised, have a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure we want to hear from you.

You will be joining the team at an exciting time as the Town embarks on a culture of change with embracing of a wide range of new technologies, a large capital-works program, and a number of other projects that make the Town a desirable place to live and work.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Cert III Business Administration or relevant area (or extensive experience in administration)
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current 'C' class drivers license
  • Rights to work in Australia
