About the role:
Operating within Peter Faber Business School, as the Executive and Project Officer, you'll support the Dean and Peter Faber Business School by taking an active role in managing, prioritising and maintaining the Dean's diary, scheduling meetings, meeting deadlines, addressing correspondence and supporting HR activities, events and other administrative activities. You will also undertake projects at the direction of the Dean, provide support to the senior school leadership team and make a significant contribution to the school's application of technology and social media. All professional staff in the school work together to support academic outcomes in teaching and research through a culture of teamwork, excellence, service, innovation and continuous improvement.

What we offer:
- The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.
- Total remuneration valued to $109,558 - $117,682 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $92,578 - $99,443 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
