lyf Bondi Junction is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join as a Night Shift Guest Services Officer. This full-time role will report to the Guest Services Manager and work closely with our guests and team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The right candidate will be:

• Available to work nights between 11 pm and 7 am
• Able to work independently as the primary, and at times, the only contact for our guests overnight

Key experience and skills required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ensuring clear communication between all departments
• Handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing their requests, and overseeing account transactions
• Providing guests with information on hotel services and local attractions
• Performing night audit reporting, filing, and general administration
• Maintaining outstanding personal presentation and strong attention to detail
