We're partnering with a leading, fast-growing skincare brand that is redefining industry standards. Known for their values-driven culture and commitment to excellence, this business has a newly created role for a People & Culture Manager who will be the driving force behind their people strategy, engagement, and operations. This business operates across 2 sites - their corporate office at Sydney Olympic Park, and manufacturing facility at Smeaton Grange. You'll travel between these sites, enjoying flexibility whilst working 5 days on site.

As the People & Culture Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for fostering a strong culture, implementing HR best practices, and ensuring a high level of employee engagement across the business.

Your key responsibilities span:

- Bringing the company values to life, enhance employee engagement, and serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership.

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR policies, and employee data.

- Conduct surveys, analyse insights, and create an exceptional employee experience.

- Oversee compensation, benefits, employee recognition, and HR budget planning.

- Strengthen capabilities at all levels through customized training and career development programs.

- Maintain workplace health and safety, ensure compliance, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

- Implementing and maintaining a new HRIS

As an experienced People & Culture Manager with a passion for fostering thriving workplaces and high-performing teams. You'll bring:

- Senior-level HR expertise with a strong ability to drive culture and engagement.

- A strategic mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach to operational HR.

- Proven experience in coaching, change management, and talent acquisition.

- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, employment law, and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building relationships at all levels.

- Tertiary qualification and HR certification are highly regarded
