This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to take on a critical role as a trusted strategic partner to a visionary CEO, who is also the newly appointed Chair of the Board. As the CEO expands their role to also take on the responsibilities of Chair of the Board, their schedule is becoming more fast-paced and dynamic, making this partnership more vital and impactful than ever before. As a highly experienced EA, you’ll play an active role in not only managing the day-to-day priorities of the CEO but taking the lead on key projects on their behalf. From driving initiatives for the company’s Charity Foundation to liaising with key stakeholders and clients, and overseeing team events, you’ll be at the heart of the action. The CEO requires an EA who can seamlessly align with the fast-moving rhythm of the business, identify key opportunities for improvement, and execute innovative solutions. What is unique about you?
As a seasoned Executive Assistant, you have a proven track record of providing outstanding support to senior executives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You’re not just an EA—you’re a trusted strategic partner, blending operational excellence with forward-thinking leadership. Your experience mirrors that of a Chief of Staff or Business Manager, with a strong focus on process optimisation, high-level project management, and supporting boards and committees with precision.
You approach every challenge with a proactive mindset, whether you're streamlining complex processes or stepping in to tackle hands-on tasks when required. You are comfortable in leading and delivering on key projects on behalf of the CEO, with your leadership and mentoring abilities setting the gold standard for EA support across the organisation. You truly lead by example, fostering a culture of professionalism and efficiency at all times. In the absence of the CEO, you confidently step into the leadership void, engaging with the executive team and key stakeholders, aligning priorities, and ensuring accountability across the board.

A snapshot of your role….
- Take full ownership of the CEO’s complex schedule, meticulously managing their calendar and prioritising key meetings, events, and travel to ensure optimal time management.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing inquiries and maintaining a high level of communication between the leadership team, key partners and employees.
- Plan and oversee the execution of high-profile internal and external projects, including conferences, seminars, executive retreats, and team offsites. Handle all logistics and details to ensure successful, engaging, and productive gatherings that align with organisational goals.
- Maintaining and monitoring updates on activities, progress, and required follow-ups across NSW Operations teams, project teams, ANZ group functions, and the Group Board.
- Prepare talking points, content and speeches for the CEO’s addresses, and coordinate internal communications, including drafting end-of-month updates and employee newsletters.
