Wodonga TAFE is seeking an innovative Executive Assistant to support our three Executive Directors on a full time basis. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, prepare high-quality documents, and provide strategic administrative support to our Executive Team, whilst engendering our values. Your ability to handle confidential information along with discretion and anticipate needs before they arise will be key to your success in this role. Selected Duties:

  • Provide exceptional executive and administrative support to members of the Executive Team, enabling the delivery of high-quality services across the Institute.
  • Manage minutes and governance for Board Committees, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, the Institute Constitution, and professional standards.
  • Work closely with the Executive Directors to monitor the Institute’s adherence to government policies, procedures, and contractual obligations, providing advice and reporting as needed.
  • Be a change agent and subject matter expert on Institute administrative systems, driving data integrity and the implementation of streamlined, efficient processes.
  • Lead and implement process improvement projects across the Executive Team’s areas of responsibility, using change management principles to drive positive change.
ABOUT YOU

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Alternatively, experience commensurate with the requirements of the role as an Executive Assistant, which includes substantial experience in providing high level administrative support to multiple managers on a regular basis.

Desirable

  • 3+ years previous experience in support and contribution to project management.
