About the role

Surefit Glass Pty Ltd, a new, up and coming provider of commercial and residential glazing solutions, is seeking an experienced Glazing Estimator / Sales Manager to join our team in Coopers Plains, Queensland. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the company's growth and delivering high-quality glazing projects to our clients.

• Minimum 3 years Glazing sales / Estimating experience
• Logikal experience advantageous, 2 day training course available if none
• Strong understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and performance requirements
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Construction White Card and valid driver’s license.

Salary package negotiable depending on experience and performance.
